- Glasses or contact lenses if worn
- List of current medications
How to Prepare on the Day
- Arrive 5-10 minutes early so you're relaxed before the assessment starts.
- Bring your glasses or contact lenses if you wear them - your vision will be tested.
- Avoid heavy caffeine or a large meal right before your appointment.
- Have a list of any medications and ongoing conditions ready for the doctor.
- Wear or bring comfortable clothing in case light movement is assessed.
