These terms govern your use of BookMyMedical, a marketplace operated by AIVUE LTD (Company No. 16980109) connecting individuals with accredited medical providers.
Our role
BookMyMedical is an introducer and booking facilitator. The medical assessment contract is between you and the clinic. We are not a medical provider and do not give clinical advice.
Bookings & payment
Prices shown are set by clinics and include our service fee. Payment is taken at the time of booking to secure your slot.
What a medical includes
A medical is a single service made up of the tests that form part of it. Those tests are included in the price shown for the medical and are not charged separately, even where the same test is listed with its own price elsewhere on the site — that price applies only if you book the test on its own or add it to a booking as an extra. Any extra test you choose to add is charged at the price shown for it when you add it, and the total you pay is always the amount displayed before you confirm.
Cancellations
Cancellation and rescheduling terms vary by clinic and are shown before you pay. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the booking. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
